ファブ3Dコンテスト応募規約

ファブ3Dコンテスト実行委員会（以下「当グループ」といいます。）は、当グループが主催する「ファブ3Dコンテスト」（以下「本コンテスト」といいます。）における情報の取扱いについて、応募規約を以下のとおり定めます。本コンテストに応募される皆様（以下「応募者」といいます。）は、本応募規約をご確認いただき同意いただいた上で応募いただく必要があります。

第１条　定義

  1. 個人情報とは、生存する個人に関する情報であって、個人情報の保護に関する法律（以下「個人情報保護法」といいます。）第２条第１項第１号に定める当該情報に含まれる氏名、生年月日その他の記述等により特定の個人を識別することができるもの（他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができることとなるものを含みます。）または同第２号に定める個人識別符号が含まれるものをいいます。

  2. 応募情報とは、本コンテストの応募にあたり本応募規約の定めに基づき当グループが収集する情報（前項に定める個人情報を含み、かつこれに限りません。）をいいます。

 

 

第２条　収集する応募情報および収集方法

　本コンテストにおいて当グループは、応募者から当グループに対し直接提供していただく方法または応募者が第三者の運営するサービス（本コンテストへの応募に関して当グループと連携するサービス「Fabble」を含みます。）上にアップロードしたデータとの連携を当グループに対し許可することにより当該サービスから提供していただく方法により、以下の応募情報を収集します。当グループは、適正に応募情報を収集し、虚偽の手段その他不正な手段等により応募情報を収集することはありません。なお、応募者は、応募情報に第三者の個人情報を含める場合は事前に当該第三者の承諾を得る必要があります。

  1. 応募者に関する情報

    • 氏名

    • 住所

    • 電話番号

    • メールアドレス

    • 年齢

    • 職業

    • 学生の場合

      • 所属校

      • 学年

    • 未成年の場合

      • 保護者の氏名

      • 保護者の連絡先

      • 保護者の応募への同意

  2. 本コンテストに関する情報

    • 応募作品のデータ

    • 応募作品の説明

    • 応募作品の制作の支援を受けた組織

  3. 3Dプリンタに関する情報

    • 3Dプリンタの所有の有無

    • 所有している（今回の応募で使用した）3Dプリンタのメーカ、機種

    • 3Dプリンタの利用頻度

    • 3Dプリンタに関する情報の収集源

  4. 表彰イベントに関する情報

    • 表彰イベントにおいて撮影する応募者の容姿

    • 表彰イベントにおける応募者の発言等

 

第３条　応募情報の利用目的

　当グループは、収集した応募者の応募情報を、以下の利用目的で、または当該利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で利用します。万一、利用目的の変更が必要となった場合には、その旨を応募者に通知または公表します。

  1. 本コンテストに関する応募の受付、本人確認、応募作品の審査等のため

  2. 本コンテストの実施（イベント会場およびウェブサイト上での結果発表を含む。）、結果等の紹介（ウェブサイト上で、表彰イベントで撮影された写真を掲載することを含む。）および改善のため

  3. 本コンテストの内容に関する情報、規約の変更情報等の告知のため

  4. 本コンテストに関するご案内、お問い合せ等への対応のため

  5. 本コンテストに関する規約、その他諸規程に違反する行為への対応のため

  6. 本コンテストの応募者に関する統計データを作成するため

  7. 今後の本コンテストに関する企画、立案または実施のため

  8. 上記各利用目的に付随する利用目的のため

 

第４条　応募情報の第三者提供、預託および共同利用

  1. 当グループは、収集した応募情報を、以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。

    1. 応募者が同意した場合

    2. 応募者が本コンテストに関する規約、その他諸規程に違反し、当グループの権利、財産やサービスなどを保護するために、個人情報を公開せざるをえないと判断するに足る十分な根拠がある場合

    3. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

    4. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、応募者の同意を得ることによって当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

    5. 合併、会社分割、事業譲渡その他の事由によって個人情報の提供を含む当グループの事業の承継が行われる場合

    6. 個人情報保護法その他の法令で認められる場合

  2. 当グループは、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、収集した応募者の応募情報の取扱いの全部または一部を、業務委託先に預託することがあります。その際、業務委託先としての適格性を十分審査するとともに、契約にあたって守秘義務に関する事項等を規定し、情報が適正に管理される体制作りを行います。

  3. 当グループは、収集した応募者の応募情報を、以下のとおり共同利用します。

    1. 共同して利用される応募情報の項目

      • 第２条１ないし３の情報の内、以下の情報を除いた情報

      • 氏名

      • 住所の番地以下の情報

      • 電話番号

      • メールアドレス

      • 未成年の保護者に関する情報

    2. 共同して利用する者の範囲

      • ファブ3Dコンテスト2022実行委員会

      • 本コンテストの審査委員

    3. 3 共同して利用する者の利用目的

      • 応募作品のデータに関して、市場動向や3Dプリンティング関連製品・サービスへのニーズを判断する際の資料として参照する

    4. 応募情報の管理について責任を有する者の名称

      • 一般社団法人 国際STEM学習協会

 

第５条　個人情報の開示、訂正および利用停止等

  1. 当グループは、個人情報保護法の定めに基づき個人情報の開示を求められた場合には、個人情報保護法により当グループが開示の義務がある場合に限り、請求者ご本人からの請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく個人情報の開示を行います。なお、個人情報の開示にあたっては、当グループが別途定める手続きに従って開示手数料をお支払いいただく場合があります。

  2. 当グループは、（１）個人情報が真実でないという理由によって個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその内容の訂正を求められた場合、および（２）予め公表された利用目的の範囲を超えて取り扱われているという理由または虚偽の手段その他不正の手段により収集されたものであるという理由によって個人情報保護法の定めに基づきその利用の停止を求められた場合には、請求者ご本人からの請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく必要な調査を行い、その結果に基づき、個人情報の内容の訂正または利用停止を行い、請求者に対してその旨を通知します。

  3. 当グループは、個人情報について消去を求められた場合には、当グループが当該請求に応じる必要があると判断した場合に限り、請求者ご本人からの請求であることを確認の上で、遅滞なく個人情報の消去を行い、請求者に対してその旨を通知します。

  4. 前各項の請求に際しては、以下の内容その他当グループ所定の情報・資料を送付してください。

    1. 氏名・住所・電話番号・メールアドレス・年齢

    2. 請求内容・経緯・根拠資料

    3. 本人確認資料

  5. 以下の各号のいずれかに該当する場合は、第１項および第２項の請求に応じることができない場合があります。その際は、請求者に対してその旨を通知すると共に、理由を説明します。

    1. 請求者または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合

    2. 当グループの業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

    3. 法令に違反することとなる場合

    4. 請求者ご本人からの請求であることが確認できない場合

第６条　リンク先ウェブサイトでの個人情報の取得

　本コンテストのウェブサイトからリンクされている当グループ以外の事業者が、そのウェブサイト上で個人情報の収集を行う場合がありますが、その際には本応募規約は適用されることはなく、当グループは当グループ以外の事業者が個人情報を取り扱うことに関し、なんら義務や責任を負いません。

第７条　応募情報について応募者が有する著作権

  1. 応募者は、本コンテストの応募情報について応募者が有する著作権については、当グループおよび本コンテストの協賛企業に対し、期間または地域の限定なく、無償で利用することを許諾します。ここで、利用とは、複製、翻案、公衆送信、その他著作権法に定めるあらゆる利用を含むものとします。ただし、再許諾については、当グループの代表理事が指定した者への再許諾のみを利用許諾の範囲に含むものとします。

  2. 応募者は、本コンテストの応募情報について応募者が有する著作権については、本コンテストの審査委員に対し、本コンテストの審査の過程、および本コンテストの紹介の目的に限り、期間または地域の限定なく、無償で利用することを許諾します。ここで、利用とは、複製、翻案、公衆送信、その他著作権法に定めるあらゆる利用を含むものとします。ただし、再許諾については含まないものとします。

  3. 応募者は、前２項に定める場合について、当グループまたは当グループが許諾する第三者、本コンテストの協賛企業もしくは本コンテストの審査委員に対し、著作者人格権を行使しないことに同意するものとします。

第８条　応募情報について応募者以外の者が有する著作権等

  1. 応募者は、当グループに対し、応募者が提供する応募情報の利用が、第三者の著作権などの知的財産権、肖像権その他の権利を侵害しないことを保証します。

  2. 応募者が提供する応募情報の中に応募者以外の者が著作権などの知的財産権、肖像権その他の権利を有する著作物を含めたい場合には、応募者の責任および費用において、当該著作物の利用について適切な許諾（利用対象が著作物である場合は、当該著作物の利用が、引用など著作権法上認められた権利制限に基づくものでない限り、当グループ、本コンテストの協賛企業、および本コンテストの審査員が第7条の条件またはクリエイティブ・コモンズ・表示ライセンスのいずれかのバージョンのライセンスにて利用するために必要な著作権者からの許諾をいいます。）を得るものとします。この場合、応募者は、応募情報中の当該著作物の利用箇所について明瞭に区別し、当グループが判別できるようにしておく、または当グループに対し通知するものとします。

 

第９条　問い合わせ窓口

　本応募規約に対するご意見、ご質問、その他応募情報の取り扱いに関するお問い合わせおよび第５条に基づくご請求は、問合せ用メールアドレスinfo@fab3d.orgにご連絡ください。

第１０条　改訂

　本応募規約を改訂する場合は、改訂内容を速やかに本コンテストのウェブサイト上で告知します。

第１１条　準拠法および管轄

　本応募規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。本応募規約又は本コンテストに関連する紛争は、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Fabbleプライバシーポリシー

​

ファブ3Dコンテスト実行委員会（以下「当団体」といいます）は、当団体が提供する「Fabble」（以下「本サービス」といいます）におけるユーザー情報を以下の通り取り扱います。

1.取得する情報及び利用方法

当団体は、本サービスにおいて次のように情報を取得及び利用いたします。

ご登録いただく情報

本サービスの円滑利用やユーザー間で円滑にコミュニケーションを行っていただく等の目的で、プロフィール情報（本サービス上での表示名、アイコン画像、テキスト等）等をご登録いただく場合がございます。なお、本サービス上で表示するためのプロフィール情報や他のユーザーへ公開するためにユーザー自身が登録、投稿した情報（写真、映像、テキスト等）は他のユーザーも閲覧できます。ご登録はユーザーの任意ですが、ご登録いただけない場合、本サービスまたは本サービスの一部をご利用いただけない場合がございます。

GitHub上の情報

ユーザーは、GitHubにおいて登録されたアカウントを使用して、本サービスにアクセスすることができます。当団体は、OAuthを利用して、GitHub上におけるあなたの情報（例えば、あなたのアカウント名、アイコン画像、プロフィール、連絡先等）にアクセスすることがあります。ただし、ここで当団体が取得する情報については、多くの場合、GitHubのアカウント設定やGitHubのプライバシー・ポリシーに従って処理されるので、ユーザーは当団体にアクセスすることを許可することになる情報がどのようなものなのか確認してください。

お問い合わせ

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号等を取得する可能性があります。これらの情報はお問い合わせに対する調査、返答、及びご本人確認のために利用いたします。

Fab３Dコンテスト実施への協力

当団体は、本サービスを通じて、Fab3Dコンテスト（ファブ3Dコンテスト実行委員会 主催）の実施に協力しています。ユーザーが本サービスを通じて同コンテストに応募した場合、同コンテストの応募者への連絡に利用する目的で、当団体が取得したユーザーの氏名、連絡先をファブ3Dコンテスト実行委員会に提供することがあります。提供した情報は、同コンテストの事務局であるファブ3Dコンテスト実行委員会（ 一般社団法人 国際STEM学習協会 内に設置）が応募者への連絡に利用します。

​

また、同コンテスト応募者に対して、当団体から同コンテストについての連絡の目的で、当団体がユーザーの氏名及び連絡を利用することがあります。

クッキー（Cookie）

ユーザーの設定内容の保存等ユーザーの利便性向上のため、セッションの維持及び保護等セキュリティのため、ユーザーが利用した本サービスに対する訪問回数及び利用形態、ユーザーの規模等の把握により、より良いサービスを提供するためにクッキーを利用いたします。 ユーザーはクッキーの使用可否を選択できますが、クッキーの保存を拒む場合にはログインが必要なサービス等、本サービスの一部をご利用いただけない場合があります。

 

アナリティクス

当団体は、サービス改善を目的としたユーザー行動やトラフィックの解析のために、「Google アナリティクス」を利用しており、 ファーストパーティ cookie により匿名のトラフィックデータを収集しています。あくまで匿名のトラフィックデータであり、個人の特定などの心配はありませんのでご了承ください。

 

ログ

ユーザーが本サービスを利用した際に、サービスの利用ログ情報が自動で生成、保存されます。これらの情報は利用者環境を分析し、より良いサービス提供のため、また正常なサービス提供を妨害する不正行為防止のために利用いたします。

 

位置情報

PCや携帯電話等から送信される位置情報を取得する場合があります。ユーザーが該当サービスを利用された場合は、該当サービスに必要な範囲内で利用いたします。なお、携帯電話等の設定で位置情報の送信を許可していない場合は、位置情報は送信されません。

機器情報

ユーザーが利用される機器情報（端末の個体識別情報等）を取得する場合がございます。これらの情報はより良いサービス提供のため、またご本人確認や正常なサービス提供を妨害する不正行為防止のために利用いたします。 なお、ユーザーが使用している機器またはOSに応じて、当団体が取得する機器情報の詳細は異なります。当団体が取得できる情報の詳細については、デバイスの製造元またはソフトウェア・プロバイダーのポリシーをご確認ください。

2.情報の利用目的

当団体は取得した個人情報を以下の目的で利用いたします。

  a. ユーザーの本人確認のため

  b. 不正利用防止のため

  c. ユーザーが本サービスを円滑に利用できるようにするため

  d. 本サービスの改善のため

  e. 本サービス利用に関する統計データを作成するため

  f. 現在提供している本サービスまたは今後提供を検討している本サービスに関するアンケート実施のため

  g. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに対する対応のため

  h.本サービスに関する情報等または当団体以外の事業者が広告主となる広告情報等を告知するため

  i. 今後の本サービスに関する新企画立案を行い提供するため

  j. その他本サービスに関する重要なお知らせ等、必要に応じた連絡を行うため

  k. ファブ３Dコンテスト実施に協力のために同コンテスト主催者に同コンテストに応募したユーザーの連絡先を提供する

     ため

 

3.情報の提供

当団体はユーザーの個人情報を下記の場合を除いて第三者に提供することはございません。

  a. ご本人が事前に同意した場合

  b. 法律に基づく場合

  c. ユーザーが本サービスの利用規約に違反し、当団体弊社の権利、財産やサービス等を保護するために、個人情報を

      公開せざるをえないと判断するに足る十分な根拠がある場合

  d. 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合

  e. 公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが

     困難である場合

  f. 国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要が

     ある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

  g. 合併、会社分割、営業譲渡その他の事由によって個人情報の提供を含む当団体の事業の承継が行われる場合

 

第三者提供への同意

当団体は、ファブ3Dコンテンストの主催者が応募者に連絡することを可能とする目的で、当該主催者に対し、本サービスを通じてファブ３Dコンテストに応募したユーザーの氏名及び連絡先情報を提供します。ユーザーは予め当該提供に同意した上で、ファブ3Dコンテストに応募する必要があります。

4.情報の預託

当団体は利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内においてユーザーから取得した個人情報の全部または一部を業務委託先に預託することがございます。その際、業務委託先としての適格性を十分審査するとともに、契約にあたって守秘義務に関する事項等を規定し、情報が適正に管理される体制作りを行います。

 

5.情報の共同利用

本サービスを提供するにあたり、当団体と共同して業務を行うビジネスパートナーが必要な場合には、ユーザーの個人情報をそのビジネスパートナーと共同利用することがあります。この場合に当団体は、利用目的、ビジネスパートナーの名称、情報の種類、管理者の名称についてユーザーに公表した上で共同利用することといたします。

 

6.利用者の権利

  a. ユーザーはいつでもご登録されている本サービス上の表示名、メールアドレス、パスワード等の情報を、本サービス

      サイト上で確認、訂正することができます。また、アカウントを削除することができます。

  b. GitHub等の他のサービスのアカウントによる認証をご利用の場合には、かかるアカウントへのリンクを解除すること

      ができます。

  c. ユーザーは当団体に対し、サービスサイト上で確認できない個人情報の開示を求める場合、当団体が別途定めた手続

      きに従って、次の場合を除き開示を請求することができます。

      i. 開示することで本人または第三者の生命、身体、財産その他の権利利益を害するおそれがある場合  

      ii. 開示することで当団体の業務の適正な実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合

     iii. 開示することが法令に違反することとなる場合 

     iv. 開示の請求がご本人からであることが確認できない場合

  d. 開示の結果、ユーザーが当団体保有の個人情報の内容が事実でないと判断した場合は、当団体が別途定めた手続きに

      従って、個人情報の訂正・追加・削除を請求することができます。その場合、当団体は利用目的の達成に必要な範囲        内で遅滞なく調査を行い、その結果に基づき当該個人情報の訂正・追加・削除を行います。なお、サービスサイト上

      で確認できない個人情報の開示を請求される場合には、当団体が別途定めた手続きに従って開示手数料をいただく場

      合がございます。ユーザーから当団体への個人情報の提供は任意ですが、必要な情報をご提供いただけない場合、本

      サービスの一部を利用できない場合がございます。

 

7.退会者の情報

本サービスのアカウントを削除した場合、ユーザー情報は関連法規および社内規定に従って適切に処理いたします。

 

8.お子様の個人情報について

15歳未満のユーザーが本サービスを利用し、個人情報を入力される場合には保護者の方の同意のもとに行っていただけますようお願いいたします。

 

9.本プライバシーポリシーの改定

本プライバシーポリシーは改定されることがあります。重要な変更にあたってはユーザーに対してわかりやすい方法にて改定内容を告知いたします。

We at FAB 3D CONTEST COMMITTEE (hereinafter referred to as the “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) will handle all user information concerned with our “Fabble” service and all its related services (hereinafter referred to collectively as the ‘Service(s)’) in accordance with the following.

 

1.

Acquired Information and Scope of Use

We shall use and acquire user information in the following ways:

Registered Information

To allow users to use the Service as smoothly as possible, and to promote effortless communication between users, users may be asked to register additional details such as profile information (Service display names, profile photos, text etc.), full name, and date of birth etc. Furthermore, other users within the service can view profile and other information (in the form of photos, videos, text etc.) which the users themselves have registered or posted with the aim of sharing with other users. While submission is optional, if users decide not to provide such information, they may not be able to enjoy all or parts of the Service offered.

 

Information about GitHub

Users can access our Service by using accounts registered with GitHub. We may access your information as provided on GitHub (for example, your account name, profile photos, text, or contact information etc.) by using OAuth. However, We will acquire the information in most instances in accordance with your user account settings and/or the privacy policies of GitHub. Therefore, the User will take notice what type of information they are permitting us to access in GitHub.

User Contact Information

We acquire user information including full name, email address, and phone number etc., to help establish the user’s identity, for examination into reported problems and to provide an appropriate response to those inquiries.

Cooperation for Fab 3D Contest

We cooperate on the project "Fab 3D Contest" hosted by Consortium for the Global Society with Planetary Fabbing in Keio University SFC through Service. When users apply for Fab 3D Contest through Service, we may provide Consortium for the Global Society with Planetary Fabbing in Keio University SFC with users' names and contact information we have acquired through Service for the purpose of enabling the committee to contact the applicants for the Contest. The information provided may be used by the executive committee of Fab 3D Contest, established within Consortium for the Global Society with Planetary Fabbing in Keio University SFC, to contact applicants. We also use users' names and contact information to contact users for the purpose of communicating about Fab 3D Contest. For the application for the Contest, please check the application terms for the Contest.

Cookies

To provide the best possible service to users, as well as for maintenance and security purposes, Cookies will be used to store user settings, to record access figures as well as monitoring usage patterns and statistics. Users can choose to deactivate Cookies, however in such circumstances users will not be able to use parts of the Service which require Cookies to be active such as those requiring users to login.

Analytics

By using services called "Google Analytics"(http://www.google.com/analytics/), we are performing analysis of access data. By using first party cookies, we are collecting anonymous traffic data. Please understand that this traffic data will always be "anonymous," so there will be no need to worry about identifying private individuals.

Logs

Upon access to the Service, the log information of using the Service such as the user’s IP address etc., will be automatically obtained and stored. Such information will be used to analyze user environments, thereby enabling us to provide a better Service, as well as to prevent any unauthorized/fraudulent practices which interfere with normal Service operations.

Location Information

Some of the Services may use location information transmitted from users' mobile phones/devices. We only use such information within the scope that is necessary in order to provide the designated service. When users have not allowed their location information to be sent via the settings menu on their devices, location information will not be sent.

Device Information

The users’ device information (PC or mobile hardware information etc.) may be acquired at times. This information shall be used for the provision of a better service, as well as for identification purposes and prevention of any unauthorized/fraudulent practices which interfere with normal Service operations. Furthermore, depending on whether users use an OS or mobile device, the details of the device information that We acquires will differ. Regarding the details of information that We can acquire, please refer to the manufacturer's or software provider's policies.

Purpose of User Information

For all other cases, We shall use the acquired personal information for the following purposes listed below:

  a. to perform identity checks when a user makes an inquiry etc.

  b. to prevent any unauthorized/fraudulent use of the Service

  c. to offer an undisturbed and smooth Service to users

  d. to improve our Services

  e. to aggregate statistical data regarding the Service

  f. to conduct research and analysis aimed at reviewing our Services

  g. to enable Us to deal effectively with user inquiries

  h. to provide information regarding the Service etc., as well as advertising information from our 

      partner businesses

  i. to provide new future developments regarding the Service

  j. to notify users of any other important information regarding the Service and to contact users

     where necessary

  k. to provide the executive committee of Fab 3D Contest with the names and contact 

      information of users who have applied the Contest through Service for the purpose of   

      cooperation for the Contest

Provision of Information

We will never provide user information to any third parties expect under the following circumstances:

  a. when the user personally agrees to such provisions in advance

  b. when the law requires Us to do so

  c. when We finds sufficient enough reasons to believe that the user is violating the Terms of 

     Service and We are forced to disclose the user's personal information in order to protect Our 

     rights, properties, and/or services

  d. when it is necessary for the protection of a person's life, body, or property, and at such a

      time, when obtaining the user's prior consent is difficult

  e. when it is especially necessary for the improvement of public health or to promote the sound

We may provide the executive committee of Fab 3D Contest with the names and contact information of users who have applied for the Contest through Service for the purpose of enabling the committee to contact the applicants for the Contest. Information Delegation

We may entrust, to the extent We considers necessary to achieve the intended purpose concerning the use of the Service, the handling of personal information collected from users, in whole or in part, to a trustee. In such circumstances, We will adequately assess the eligibility of the trustee, impose a confidentiality agreement upon the trustee, and establish an appropriate information administration system.

  a. Users may, at any time, confirm or correct their personal information such as Service display

     name, email address and/or password registered to the Service. Users can also delete their

     accounts by sending a request to Our Inquiries set forth in Article 10.

  b. When using account certification for other services such as GitHub, the link to said accounts

      can be cancelled.

  c. Users may, through the procedures determined by Us, send Us a request for the disclosure 

      of personal information which the users cannot confirm/access via the Service. We, in turn         

      shall disclose such information except under the following conditions:

       i.  when the disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property or other rights or interests of

           the user or any other third party

       ii.  when the disclosure is likely to severely interfere with Our proper operation

       iii. when disclosure itself would constitute a violation of laws and/or regulations

       iv. when We are unable to verify the user’s ownership of the personal information requested 

           for disclosure.

  d. After the disclosure, users may, through the procedures determined by Us, send Us a request to correct, add or delete the user’s personal information, if the users find personal information registered with Us to be incorrect. Under such circumstances, We shall swiftly

   investigate the request to achieve the desired user intention and correct, add or delete the personal information on the basis of Our findings. When users request the disclosure by Us of their personal information that is unable to be confirmed/accessed through the Service, We may charge the users a certain fee for the disclosure procedures. The users can choose freely whether or not they will provide Us with their personal information, however the users may be unable to use a part of the Service until they have provided Us with the necessary information.

Withdrawal from Our Services

Upon withdrawing from our Services, when a user account is deleted, all user information will be disposed of in the correct manner in accordance with the law and Our regulations.

Users younger than 15 years of age must obtain consent from their parents or legal representatives before they provide any personal information in order to use the Service.
